Overview
The aim of this course is to prepare graduates who can positively impact school students’ learning through safe and effective teaching. To achieve this, the program develops teacher education students’ technological and pedagogical knowledge and skills. These include the ability to design, create, and think critically, and to teach how to do these through project-based learning, authentic assessments, and other research-based pedagogical approaches. In this way, and by creating culturally respectful inclusive classrooms with differentiated instruction as needed, they can make a valued contribution to their school and wider community.
