The course explores contemporary relational leadership perspectives inviting students to reflect and articulate their own leadership values and philosophy to contribute to their organisation’s strategy and culture. Students will research and critically evaluate a range of traditional and contemporary leadership perspectives.

The course provides students with a framework they can apply in their real-world work context by integrating personal core values with their roles as leaders.
