Overview

The aim of the Master of Project Management and Leadership (Professional Practice) course is to prepare students with the project management, leadership and communication skills needed to successfully plan, manage and lead the delivery of an enterprise project using traditional and contemporary approaches. The course will develop students’ people skills relating to leadership, communication, stakeholder management and change facilitation alongside the technical skills of risk management, project plan development, project lifecycle, and project funding. The course will build students’ capacity to apply these skills in a professional context through a series of structured work integrated learning activities and/or a work placement opportunity.

The course is delivered as a full time on-campus program at Charles Sturt University Sydney and Melbourne via a partnership arrangement with Navitas.
