Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to identify and critique key aspects of an existing organisation's strategy;
2.
be able to critically review and apply theoretical frameworks to conduct strategic planning in the context of traditional and disruptive environments;
3.
be able to analyse the internal and external environments to assess the health of the organisation's strategy and plans;
4.
be able to consult collaboratively to identify limitations of existing strategy and justify recommendations for strategic change; and
5.
be able to analyse organisational forces that may inhibit or support the implementation of organisational strategy and make recommendations for sustainable business success.
