Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to research and evaluate a range of leadership perspectives and critical management theory;
2.
be able to identify and articulate different ways of framing leadership;
3.
be able to identify own personal and ethical values through self-reflection;
4.
be able to build a theoretical leadership framework for work and/or non-work contexts; and
5.
be able to identify opportunities to apply leadership concepts to practice.
