The aim of the Graduate Diploma of Project Management and Leadership is to prepare students with the fundamental project management, leadership and communication skills needed to plan, manage and lead the delivery of a project using traditional and contemporary approaches.

Enrolment pattern

Due to the flexibility of the course requirements, there is no prescribed enrolment pattern. Students may choose the order in which they undertake subjects.

International on-campus students are required to study 32 points of study in each compulsory study session

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to:

describe and analyse current and emerging trends in the project management discipline

effectively communicate project management concepts and solutions to diverse audiences

critically evaluate contemporary leadership and project management theories

apply appropriate leadership approaches, knowledge and skills to effectively lead diverse teams in project management implementation
