Overview

The course aims to qualify school leaders to apply global perspectives to understand and respond to local policy within their educational contexts, and to encourage and permit the critical appraisal of theory, and practice relating to school leadership. The course improves school leaders’ professional competence, enlarges capacity for self-development and serves as a pathway for further learning.
