Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to apply human resource management concepts and theories to an information agency;

be able to research, formulate and implement a strategic human resource plan for an information agency;

be able to analyse, synthesise, and evaluate the key issues of change and its impact on developing strategic HRM approaches in an information agency; and
4.
be able to evaluate the similarities and differences in human resource management practices among different cultures.
