Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to apply human resource management concepts and theories to an information agency;

be able to compare similarities and differences in human resource management practices among different cultures;
3.
be able to explain the ways in which key human resource issues, functions and approaches may be executed with a strategic orientation; and
4.
be able to analyse and evaluate the key issue of change and its impact on developing strategic HRM approaches in an information agency.
