Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
Reflect on their emerging professional identity and explain the principles of engineering practice;
2.
Reflect on their experiences of teamwork situations and the challenges associated with this type of environment;
3.
Set individual goals and produce a plan to manage the transition from university to their initial work placement;
4.
Adapt and revise career plans to meet changing work conditions;
5.
Identify the structures they will use to manage their learning and professional performance in the future; and
6.
Demonstrate the ability to critically reflect on their current practice in order to develop future career plans.

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Technology(Civil Systems)/Master of Engineering(Civil Systems); Bachelor of Technology(Civil Systems) and Diploma of Engineering Studies.
