Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
analyse their individual learning and development priorities and develop a professional development plan to guide their professional practice;

demonstrate effective preparation and performance in teaching that is informed by the needs of the ADPP curriculum and multi-modal pedagogy and reflection;
3.
demonstrate reflective practice, professionalism, and academic integrity to make informed judgements and decisions on the student learning experience;
4.
demonstrate effective mentoring practices and participate in the NSWPF Academy Community of Practice arena to enhance professional development.
