Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to understand and use appropriate technologies to apply knowledge of communication and communication processes for workplace and learning environments;

be able to identify the needs of people and describe appropriate interactions and rapport building in diverse situations;
3.
be able to describe actions of cultural awareness in interaction and communication with others;
4.
be able to identify relevant law, policy, procedure and ethical considerations in the practice of the chosen discipline

be able to identify relevant Work Health and Safety policies, procedures and legislative requirements in the practice of the chosen discipline;
