This subject will cover the following topics: Understanding and analysing healthcare settings;Core concepts in nursing leadership;Environmental scanning and strategic management strategies;Psychological safety and well-being in nurse leadership;Defining, measuring and improving quality in healthcare - nurses role in leading improvement; andKey competencies for today's healthcare leaders.
