Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to identify and outline relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including modern awards and enterprise agreements, related to managing people;

be able to apply and critically analyse performance management systems; and

be able to reflect on learning, and integrate prior knowledge and skills to attract, retain and motivate staff, and make appropriate recommendations in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
