Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to explain the importance of Project Lifecycle Frameworks;
2.
be able to implement and justify the project lifecycle for the management and delivery of business benefits and value;
3.
be able to evaluate and predict the role of the project lifecycle in organisational change;
4.
be able to explain and justify the role of adequate project planning and management in long term project success;
5.
be able to contrast and compare the different elements of the PRINCE2® framework; and
6.
be able to create a sound business case for the use and benefit of PRINCE2® for successful project completion.
