Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to compare and contrast the differences between Agile and other project management methodologies;
2.
be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Agile and leverage or mitigate them in the correct situations;
3.
be able to create elements of an Agile project management plan and apply the practical decisions and management actions of an Agile project within context;
4.
be able to understand stakeholder strategies and create engagement plans for the different people in an Agile project;
5.
be able to interpret and apply various principles, phases and activities of the Scrum methodology; and
6.
be able to implement SAFe® principles to larger projects.
