Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to identify and articulate the knowledge and skills required for successful IT professionals;
2.
be able to evaluate job search strategies and methods to identify appropriate IT job opportunities;
3.
be able to synthesise the knowledge gained from academic learning in readiness for application in the workplace;
4.
be able to analyse complex information to devise solutions to a range of problems within the IT workplace; and
5.
be able to evaluate and interpret Australian workplace legislation, including Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
