Abstract
This subject is designed to develop and refine communication skills within the workplace. It focuses on intra- and inter-personal factors which underpin effective communication. It provides guided practice in oral, written and electronic communication which includes skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and use of associated technologies.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
