Abstract
This subject examines the theoretical and practical foundations for developing adaptive workforce capabilities. A range of approaches and models for the development and management of strategic dynamic capabilities are explored. Knowledge gained is applied through analysis of current capabilities and future needs at the organisational level.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to justify and clearly communicate proposed solutions for addressing gaps in workforce capability using theoretical frameworks.
