apply organisational behaviour theories in analysing workplace or case based scenarios;

critically reflect on their own behaviour/workplace practices based on organisational behaviour concepts and theories; and

recommend strategies to effectively manage behaviour in the workplace.

Assumed knowledge for this subject is similar to that covered in MGT501 or MBA501. There is an expectation that students enrolling in this subject will have prior knowledge of management or human resource management.
