Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to research and critically analyse contemporary and emergent HRM issues and evaluate their impact on business performance;
2.
be able to apply industry specific good practice frameworks and processes in developing HR policies, procedures and recommendations in response to emergent and contemporary issues;
3.
be able to appraise, evaluate, and prioritise HR issues and consider implications including those impacting on a productive, sustainable and engaging workplace; and
4.
be able to develop skills to foster collaboration and communication, transfer knowledge and ideas, build teams and influence stakeholders on issues relevant to HR operations and organisational sustainability.
