Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to identify, explain and evaluate challenges to human resource development in the context of individual and organisational development;
2.
be able to utilise suitable needs analysis methodology to analyse organisational contexts and identify relevant human resource development needs;
3.
be able to select, discuss and apply appropriate learning theory and practice in the design, operation, assessment and evaluation of human resource development programs; and
4.
be able to plan a human resource development program for an individual and/or organisational context with the assistance of emerging technologies.
Assumed knowledge
It is assumed students will have completed either HRM210 or MGT210
