Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

develop and apply a body of knowledge on early childhood policy, regulation, compliance and quality measures
2.
analyse national and international early childhood education policy and interpret implications for practice within sites of early childhood education
3.
apply cognitive, technical and creative skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas and concepts regarding early childhood professional landscapes and leadership at an abstract level
4.
compose and translate notions of early childhood education leadership complexity through interview processes
5.
demonstrate mastery of theory through the evaluation of practice through a theoretical lens
