Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to analyse and determine the LLND demands of training in a specific context for a particular cohort using known frameworks;
2.
be able to evaluate models of LLND provision with reference to a range of teaching and learning settings;
3.
be able to discuss and compare the different purposes of provision of LLND capabilities, which may include vocational, preparatory, workforce development, self-efficacy and community and further education;
4.
be able to compare and contrast various LLND teaching and learning practices, from traditional approaches to innovative approaches and technologies, and discuss how these may best suit a given context; and
5.
be able to develop and defend a language, literacy, numeracy and/or digital literacy approach for a particular context.
