Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

demonstrate a knowledge of causes, key clinical features, diagnostic markers and principles of management of diseases of body systems and their impact on oral health;
2.
demonstrate a knowledge of causes, key clinical features, diagnostic markers and principles of management of oral mucosal diseases and their impact on general health;
3.
demonstrate a knowledge of dental management of medically compromised patient; and
4.
demonstrate a knowledge of general and oral health issues of Indigenous Australians.

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Dental Science course.
