Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of the socio-cultural context in shaping human behaviour;
2.
be able to demonstrate well-developed cultural awareness and intercultural communication skills;
3.
be able to communicate their insight into their own attitudes and behaviour; and
4.
be able to present a clear and independent exposition of the importance of global knowledge and cultural understanding in their chosen profession.

Enrolment restrictions

Students must be enrolled in a course offered by the Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Science and normally should have completed first year. The number of places available in this subject is limited. A competitive selection process will be used to allocate these places.
