Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to evaluate theories of power and leadership and how they relate to the practice of leadership;

be able to research and examine complex dimensions and power relations and apply these to real-world situations;

be able to reflect on personal and ethical values across the continuum of influence and power;
4.
be able to apply a range of communication practices in the context of leadership; and

be able to develop and apply strategies to mobilise self, individual, team, corporate, collective and social power.
