Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to identify, articulate and discuss individual leadership capacity and capability;
2.
be able to build a distinctive leadership identity around leadership theory and research, congruent with assessment of personal capabilities and organisational context;
3.
be able to develop own leadership practice based on personal and ethical values through self-assessment and self-reflection; and
4.
be able to apply concepts of self-leadership and identify opportunities to practice leadership in the context of relationships, workplaces and society.
