Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to identify and evaluate how leadership is mobilised in relation to a range of cultural, racial, ethnic, identity and other demographic differences;
2.
be able to critically engage in self-reflection about difference and how it constructs opportunities and limitations in the practice of leadership;
3.
be able to build a theoretical framework for the practice of leadership in the face of difference and diversity challenges; and
4.
be able to apply learning about difference and leadership in the face of challenges in relationships, workplaces and society.
