Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to identify, critically analyse and discuss leadership that impacts both organisational performance as well as broader social outcomes;
2.
be able to effectively articulate and discuss complex challenges in achieving social impact;
3.
be able to interpret reframing leadership in the context of social impact;
4.
be able to research, critically evaluate and apply established theories to your own developing theoretical framework for the practice of leadership in the face of adaptive challenges; and
5.
be able to apply learning about leadership for social impact by undertaking an action research project focused on social benefit.
