Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to identify drivers of organisational change;
2.
be able to examine stakeholder responses to change;
3.
be able to identify, examine and critically analyse approaches to organisational change, and assess the outcomes from a range of theoretical perspectives;
4.
be able to analyse and assess the ethical and sustainability issues surrounding organisational change;
5.
be able to work collaboratively as part of a team or individually assess an organisational change management program in relation to organisation and performance goals; and
6.
be able to work collaboratively as part of a team or individually propose, justify and communicate ethical recommendations that contribute to the success of a change initiative.
