Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to describe and critically discuss the principles and techniques of governance and their importance in decision making within all types of organisations;
2.
be able to describe and analyse how internal systems of control support an organisations governance and aid in decision making; and
3.
be able to analyse situations of when governance or lack thereof lead to poor decision making and undesirable outcomes.
