Abstract

This subject locates the Australian employment relations systems within contemporary economic and political contexts and debates. Amidst the tensions and challenges of globalisation, the subject examines the perspectives of major stakeholder groups relating to the purpose, design and outcomes of the Australian employment relations systems.
