Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

analyse the principles and their practical application in planning, organising, leading and evaluating of activities

describe the strategies required manage and or effectively supervise library and information services staff, within the broader organisation in a climate of constant change.

evaluate supervisory skills, with a focus communication strategies, motivational techniques, and morale management.
