Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to evaluate the differing strategic contributions of particular HR disciplines

be able to analyse organisational and human resource strategies, and perform a strategic gap analysis

be able to measure and quantify the contribution of HR activity at an organisational level

be able to align HR activities with overall organisational strategy by developing, planning and applying contextualised strategic solutions to specific organisational human resource challenges
