Abstract

This subject examines leadership for cultural and behavioural change within organisations or places of work with an intersectional lens. It specifically considers how leadership influences, creates and maintains wellbeing.

Syllabus

The subject will cover the following topics:● Communication and collaborative goal setting ● Identification of leadership styles and reflection on strengths in intersectional and inclusive contexts.● Co-creation and co-design● Responsive and proactive leadership for health, wellbeing, and belonging● ‘Survival tips and strategies’, dealing with challenging circumstances

Enrolment restrictions

Restricted to students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate of Intersectionality, Diversity and Inclusion OR as a single study subject OR as approved by the Course Director.
