Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

be able to discuss how ICTs can be used in pedagogically effective ways to facilitate student centred learning;
2.
be able to plan research-based classroom activities using ICTs that engage students in their learning;
3.
be able to develop and justify teaching strategies that effectively support and expand opportunities for students' learning of curriculum outcomes;
4.
be able to identify social and legal issues, and discuss the safe, responsible, and ethical use of ICT for teaching and learning; and
5.
be able to locate, select, and critically evaluate ICT-based learning materials and software resources that engage students in their learning.
