be able to describe teaching and learning approaches in relation to the planning, implementation and evaluation of facilitation methods;

be able to discuss the strategies used to accommodate the needs of different groups of learners and teaching contexts;

be able to apply effective and innovative facilitation strategies and approaches to teaching and learning in their own professional practice; and
