Students will engage with the following topics: Needs Analysis;Periodisation;Exercise prescription for diverse populations;Injury prevention and rehabilitation;Coaching and communication;Behaviour change strategies;Performance analysis and data management;Industry needs;Facility management;Sports Integrity; andAdvanced exercise prescription for: Strength, power and hypertrophySpeed and reactive strengthAerobic and anaerobic conditioningConcurrent training

Assumed knowledge

Students are expected to have an existing understanding of exercise prescription principles and the ability to manipulate training variables effectively. This prior knowledge forms the basis for advancing into more complex aspects of exercise prescription and coaching within the subject.
