<p>This subject introduces students to a broad range of psychological theories and research related to human behaviour in sport and exercise settings. Students will explore how psychological factors influence individual involvement and performance in sport, exercise, and physical activity settings. Students will examine how participation in sport, exercise, and physical activity influences the psychological factors of the individuals involved, as well as analyse the complex interaction between individuals and their environment. This subject provides students with the ability to acquire skills and knowledge about sport and exercise psychology that can be applied as a coach, teacher, personal trainer, exercise leader, sports psychologist, sports rehabilitator, sports administrator or sports journalist.</p>
