Periodontics;Complex restorative dentistry;Local anaesthetics;Simple pain relief procedures;Clinical endodontics;Exodontia;Clinical Removable prosthodontics;Applied dental materials;Ethics and professionalism;Infection control;Occupational health and safety;Simple clinical fixed prosthodontics;Introduction to periodontic and surgical procedures;Caries management; andOcclusion.

Work integrated learning

Placement Duration 345 hours Details Students will be timetabled to attend the Charles Sturt Dental Clinic in either the Orange or Bathurst on a weekly basis and will complete, under supervision, the clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment planning and management of a range of dental cases. 35 days (approx 345hrs)

Clinical placement in this subject takes place in the Bathurst or Orange campus dental clinics.
