be able to discuss the relative importance of different forms of leadership for quality management in health care;

be able to describe commonly-used quality management tools and their applications in health care;

be able to analyse health data using descriptive analysis;

be able to develop an audit for monitoring and responding to levels of adherence to standards and accreditation requirements to ensure a safe workplace; and
5.
be able to critically evaluate local policy for serious incident management requiring a multi-agency/disaster response.
