Multi-pathology cases and working in a multidisciplinary team Assessment and considerations for multi-pathology cases;Safe and effective exercise intervention of multi-pathology cases; andManagement of interdisciplinary cases and liaising with fellow health care professions. Considerations for interventions, assessments and exercise prescription Infection prevention and control;Exercise to improve health outcomes across the lifespan;Supporting clients with intellectual disabilities;Management of new and emerging health conditions; andUse of technology in assessment and exercise intervention delivery, including telehealth.
