Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to critically evaluate underlying theories, conceptual frames and structures which shape professional learning practices/policies in education and training contexts;
2.
be able to analyse developments in professional learning practices within historical and socio-political contexts related to teaching, teachers' work and professional knowledge in education and training contexts;
3.
be able to examine the development and efficacy of professional learning policies and models to justify professional learning practices in education and training contexts; and
4.
be able to reflect critically on key professional learning concepts and ideas to promote continuous improvement across chosen education and training contexts.
