Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
1.
be able to formulate personal professional planning goals through the consideration of how a technology can be authentically used, developed and integrated to enhance aspects of a workplace;
2.
be able to analyse training situations in which a selected technology might be implemented and utilised in authentic, innovative or flexible ways;
3.
be able to evaluate technology training processes to develop skills, knowledge and professional practice for application to existing or future workplace contexts; and
4.
be able to reflect critically on theory, scholarship and professional practice to evaluate the potential of applying selected technologies into the workplace.

Assumed knowledge

Students are advised to have undertaken 32 credit points of Masters study prior to enrolment in EEB506.
