Overview
The Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management has two broad aims. Firstly, to provide for the knowledge and skill development in graduates that would permit career advancement to senior and executive roles within both private and public sector organisations. Secondly, to provide a broad range of human resource management subjects that would allow graduates to enhance their human resource practice in and across organisational settings. The course also seeks to integrate a variety of subjects within the management discipline to broaden understanding of the human resource framework.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to:

Employ knowledge and skills to critically interpret theoretical human resource frameworks and legislative requirements

Apply cognitive skills in the review, analysis and synthesis of human resource management data and information to identify and apply relevant practices within a culturally and socially diverse global workplace
3.
Conduct research to ethically investigate and analyse complex human resource management issues and provide and evaluate recommendations and solutions
4.
Use a variety of mediums to foster collaboration and communication, transfer knowledge and ideas, build teams and influence stakeholders
5.
Apply strategies and produce outputs that serve organisational interests in the contemporary, global and digitally connected human resource operating environment
6.
Develop a capable workforce and foster a productive, sustainable and engaging workplace that integrates work and life
