Overview
The Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition aims to prepare graduates for integrating concepts of food science and nutrition in a range of health, education, industrial and research settings. The course provides graduates with a comprehensive knowledge, understanding, and skills in appropriate aspects of food and nutrition and their scientific basis to enable them to work in multidisciplinary teams in a range of health, food laboratory and industrial settings.
