Overview

This course has been designed to meet the demand for a flexible, generalist Diploma of Horticultural Studies. The program meets the need for a broad based qualification built on a theoretical knowledge base. Graduates of the Diploma will have basic skills and knowledge in plant sciences, chemistry, microbiology and soil science that underpin horticultural systems. Principles and practices of production and landscape horticultural science will also be developed.
