Overview
The aim of the Master of Project Management is to provide students with the advanced project management and communication skills needed to successfully manage an enterprise project. The course will develop students’ understanding of key elements relating to leadership, risk management, project stakeholders, project plan development, the project lifecycle, and managing people. The course will also build students’ capacity to apply these skills in a professional context. Students will also prepare for multiple recognised industry certifications in the area of project management.
