Overview
The aim of the Graduate Certificate in Project Management is to provide students with the essential project management and communication skills needed to successfully manage a project. The course will develop students’ understanding of key elements relating to project stakeholders, project plan development, the project lifecycle, and managing people. The course will also build students’ capacity to apply these skills in a professional context. Students will also prepare for a recognised project management certification.
